restaurants such as Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabba's and
Giordano's Italian restaurants, Subway and Dairy Queen, a medical care
facility and a drug store. Rates* (in

Terms and
Conditions:
1. This
property has a $65 clean fee.
2. Advance deposit of $250 to hold the unit (non-refundable)
3. Balance of rental is due on four weeks before arrival
4. $250 damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival.
This is released within 14 days after departure with no damage to the home.
5. Check in time is after 4 PM, check out is no later than 10 AM.
6. No refunds with in 4 weeks of arrival.
7. Absolutely No pets and no smoking inside property.
8. Occupancy is limited to no more than 6 people per unit or special quote,
the number of people quoted for.
